Ingredients 3 oz Gin (Bombay Sapphire) 1/2 oz Absinthe (Mari Maryans Absenta) 1/2 oz Grand Marnier Dry Vermouth 1 Orange peel Mixing Instruction Properly chill 1 cocktail glass. In mixing glass with ice, pour gin and absinthe, and stir. In your cocktail glass, roll 1/2 oz of dry vermouth and throw away the excess. Strain other ingredients into cocktail glass and float 1/2 oz of grand marnier over top. Garnish with orange peel. Ingredients: * A big clump of raspberries, should be able to find these at most supermarkets * 500g of sugar, everything needs sugar * Lots of vodka, about 2 litres should do it, cheap tesco stuff is best * Storage bottles, old vodka bottles are best and makes it look authentic Process: * Pour the vodka equally into the bottle * add the raspberries to each bottle * add the sugar equally to each bottle * shake each bottle daily for a week * drink and be merry The raspberry vodka does improve over time, so try and leave it for more than a week if you can.]]>
